Japan MHLW Food Sanitation Act

The Food Sanitation Act of the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is a law intended to prevent hazards due to eating and drinking in Japan.
It is within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which sets out the principles of standards, indications and inspections of foods, additives, etc.
The regulations related to hoses are as follows.

· Complies with Notice of the Ministry of Health and Welfare No. 52, 1951/Notice of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 267, 2002

· Complies with Notice of the Ministry of Health and Welfare No. 201, 2006/Notice of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 595, 2012

FDA (Food and Drug Administration) FDA DMF Type II No.25486 Registered Hose

The FDA is a government agency under the control of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, founded on the basis of federal food, medicine and cosmetic laws and responsible for medical product regulations and food safety. The FDA specializes in administrative affairs such as permissions and violation management of products that come into contact with consumers in their daily lives.

USP (United States Pharmacopeia) Class VI

The USP is an independent chemical public health organization which establishes standards for all prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, nutritional supplements, and other health care products manufactured and sold in the United States. Class VI is the strictest standard among classes 1 to 6, which judge the suitability of plastic materials intended for use as containers or accessories for parenteral formulations.

RoHS2 (Restriction on Harmful Substances) corrected regulations

The RoHS Directive is an EU directive that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances (beyond the permissible concentration) for electrical and electronic equipment, with “risk to human health and environment” as the highest priority. The application started on July 1, 2006. The “RoHS2 (revised RoHS)” was amended on January 3, 2013 to add one category (now 11 categories). On June 4, 2015, further amendment was made, adding four types of phthalate esters to the restricted substances. (Application starts on July 22, 2019)

BPOM (Indonesia: National Agency of Drug and Food Control) is a government agency that has jurisdiction over the quality and safety of food and medicines in Indonesia.
BPOM manages and supervises foods and medicines based on laws and regulations in order to protect the health and safety of consumers.
The following packaging regulations stipulated by BPOM concerning food packaging apply as regulations related to the hose.
